Chantal spent the last 5 years working in the property and commercial team of a mid-sized law firm in Queenstown before joining Brown Partners in April 2024. Initially starting in the immigration space, over the years her work has broadened into property and commercial areas of legal practice.
Chantal’s core work includes advice on property acquisition and sales, commercial leasing, and subdivision projects, as well as other general commercial work.
Having worked as the sole immigration lawyer at her previous firm advising a variety of clients on topics from investor and business visa queries to employer compliance and offshore employment, this allows Chantal to bring a wider perspective to her advice on property and commercial legal issues.
